to July 11 (4 weeks!)

1 bedroom (queen bed) and art studio/office, pull out couch, kitchen with dishwasher, in building laundry and roof access.
1 minute walk to the 2/3 line and 10 minute walk to the ABCD subway. 2 minute walk to Marcus Garvey Park, 5 minute walk to Morningside Park, and 10 minute walk to Central Park!
About This Lister
Evan, 26 years old, Architect / photographer, and AJ, 26, Painter. We are both going to work abroad for a month. Born and raised in the neighborhood. We are current tenants of the apartment.
We have many plants and our apartment is full of both of our artwork. We’re avid gardeners who are active in the block’s community garden (which you can visit during open hours when staying in our apartment - it’s a beautiful urban oasis!)
Neighbors are kind, friendly, have never had any issues. The block is home to many friendly retirees and long time neighborhood residents who are kind, social, and love to chat.

Rental requirements
Full rent + security deposit upfront
$300 security deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay (to be processed by July 13)
We can do a digital tour between now and June 1st
Move In date: Saturday June 14
Move Out Date: Friday July 11
Apartment is fully furnished
Basic contract to be signed between us (the tenant) and you (the sub-letter) stating that you agree to the rent terms, will not have a pet in the apartment (our lease does not allow for it), and will be respectful of the home and belongings in it.
