You'd share the apartment with 3 other people, many of whom travel frequently work outside the home. Room can come furnished (as photographed) or unfurnished. The roommates are wonderful.

Yard is very private with a hot tub and fire pit. The space is quiet for sleeping but near a lot of bars and restaurants. Living room has a projector, an abundance of plants and we frequently have chill hangs together.

Looking for someone relaxed, tidy, and who will continue the good vibes in the space.

I've lived in New York for 6 years and this is truly my favorite space I've been in <3. I'm an artist and scientist working at Columbia. I frequently have insomnia and can still usually sleep in this space if that tells you anything.
