I'm an academic and sustainability strategist with a love for travel. As much as I have loved living in my apartment for the last 2 years, my urge to travel sometimes wins out. However, this studio is quite the gem and I'm excited to share it with someone who is looking to get to know all the DUMBO has to offer. Neighbors are pretty quiet and keep to themselves, but there are quite a few dogs that live on the same floor so be mindful of that if you have any allergies.
Current renter
The sublet lease agreement includes rent listed at $4875 and a $2500 security deposit. This unit is available from June 30 to July 31, 2025, but can be flexible upon request. The security deposit will be fully refundable at the end of the lease, pending any damages.
