Offering my apartment for a 3-week stay. The apartment is a furnished, 520 sq feet 1BD/1BR on the third floor of a big, multi-unit building in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Plenty of light, hardwood floors, new stove, laundry in the basement of the building, and an all-around beautiful, cozy spot. You would have this apartment all to yourself.

This building is steps away from the park, which has a lovely view of the Manhattan skyline (and can also be seen from the apartment's living room.) The apartment is a 10 minute walk to the express 36 St D/N/R trains, a 15 minute walk to Industry City and Costco, and short walk to the all the vibrant Sunset Park cafes, shops, grocery stores, and restaurants in any direction. (Tacos El Bronco, Yafa Cafe, Judy's, King of Fish, Ba Xuyen, Internet and Coffee, Yunnan Flavor Garden, Chuan Tian Xia, Fei Long Supermarket, just to name a few.)

This is a true 1BD, the bedroom has its own door and connects to the entrance area. Kitchen is separate from the living/dining room area. Bathroom has a powerful toilet, shower is attached to a tub. There are A/C's in both the bedroom (Midea) and living room. (If the A/C use is high, I may charge a portion of the utility bill, which I receive in mid-July.)

I'm looking for a person or couple who's clean, respectful, and careful, as I love living and working in this apartment dearly. The space is quiet, though on public holidays and/or when the weather is nice, you might get occasional noise from the courtyard, next door, or from the bodega guys in the street. Would prefer those who aren't looking to bring any parties home, as this is a residential building with lots of families.

**This listing is asking for a catsitter and the rates have been adjusted to reflect that. My cat is very healthy, very easy, and I have automatic feeders that make the job even easier.**
