I'm looking for someone to sublet for all of July and live with two roomies. Your potential bedroom is furnished, pretty spacious with two windows and towards a quiet courtyard with a tree. The common area include a kitchen (with dishwasher!), living room and one bathroom. Our kitchen is very "nooky" and cozy. Our living room is a sun filled room with beautiful lighting especially in the mornings.

Our neighborhood Cobble Hill has a lot of brownstones and we live just two blocks from Cobble Hill park, as well as, a 10-15min walk to the waterfront. There's a lot of family and it's a very cozy neighborhood, very walkable and full of cafes & shops. The F and G train are a 8min walk to Bergen stop. The 4/5/6 and R train are a 13min walk to Borough Hall. So, we're very well connected.
