About This Lister

I am moving out and we are looking for a third person to fill the space.

The two current roommates are kind, friendly, and respectful. They’re easy to talk to and want everyone to feel comfortable in the space, but they also understand if you prefer to keep to yourself.

They value open communication and prefer to address any concerns as they come up so everyone stays on the same page.

One roommate works from home Monday through Friday.

The other works outside the home and has three small dogs. The dogs stay quietly in her room while she’s out. They don’t bark, cause trouble, or roam the apartment. Most of the time, you’ll forget they’re even there.

Both roommates mostly keep to themselves during the day and occasionally hang out in the living room. You’ll typically have the kitchen to yourself with plenty of time and space to cook or prep meals.

Lister's Relationship to the Space

I am posting on behalf of the owner/tenant
