I'm traveling and I'm looking to sublet my place for 3 months.

The apartment is fully furnished, has central AC/Heating, hardwood floors, amazing natural light (facing South), bathtub, and it is in a beautiful pre-war building in central Harlem, close to the park. Plus, the laundry room is in the basement.

The plants, books, and the projector make the place feel like home. It's clean, cozy, and welcoming.

The 2 & 3 express trains are practically around the corner (a 2 minutes walk), making commuting anywhere in Manhattan super easy. And you have easy access to other trains like the A/C, D, R, and the 6.

The neighborhood is pretty great: the apartment is across the street from a school, so it feels very wholesome. Just a short stroll away, you've got Central Park's Northwoods - which is great if you are into running, picnics, morning walks, etc.
You have lots of cute cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood, including good options for groceries: Wholefoods, Lidl, and Freshmarket - all 3 within walking distance.

The apartment is perfect for one person or a couple. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate pets.

I am a curator & writer and I'm looking for someone respectful and serious, who can maintain a tidy space, and who appreciates a chill vibe.

I will share the ConEd bill month by month, as soon as it hits my inbox (I usually pay around 70$)
The internet is 50$/month.
