I am looking for someone to sublet (6/1->8/1), as I am moving into another location early. This is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on the 4th floor in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. Since the space is unfurnished, I am putting it up for a bit cheaper at $3300! The windows are my favorite part—both bedrooms get amazing light. There is laundry, bike storage, and a gym in-building, three AC/heat units, a dishwasher, and is pet-friendly (see video). The area is mostly young families, with a great park right across the street! I included the window views in the photos.
