This would be a Lease Assignment, which means you'd be taking over the lease.The apartment will be unfurnished when you move in. Preferred applicants make 40X the monthly rent and have credit scores above 700.
To move in, applicants will need to pay 1 Month's Rent & Security Deposit equals to one month's rent.
Pets Policy
There is a $500 pet fee that can be avoided if you provide documentation that the pet is an emotional support or service animal.
