The main room faces the garden, making it very quiet most days, with the second room facing the street and with its own private entrance. There is good sound separation between the rooms, with the living room, kitchen, and bathroom between them. The rooms include a desk and monitor, with a projector above the bed for streaming in the main room.

The apartment is located between the Kosciuszko J stop and Central M stop. Smoking weed inside the apartment is OK but no ciggs or other drugs plz.

Most days I work on my laptop, cook a simple meal, listen to podcasts, and chill in my garden. I'm a night owl but drink very little, despite my job. In my spare time I work on art, go to openings, grow plants, and run a little Etsy store.
