Rental requirements
We ask that you treat our space as if it were yours. Brand new paint job, decor and furnished. We require a small deposit to reserve the space . You are responsible for any damages incurred to the space.
Pets Policy
We allow pets as long as they aren't destructive to the space. We charge an extra 80.00 per cleaning fee for the space to ensure it's clean for the next guest.
