Primary bedroom has a brand new Queen bed with 2 giant closets and a work space. The second bedroom has a brand new Full size bed with a work space as well. Large galley kitchen with dining table. Dining outside on the deck as well. There will be a an umbrella for shade and an outdoor hose for rinsing your feet and surfboards etc. TV. AC in both bedrooms and WiFi. Perfect place to share with friends or family.
🌞We also have 2 Large, Sunny studio spaces available just a few blocks away . Also a block from the beach. Both sleep 3 or 4 comfortably. Feel free to reach out with any questions!🌞

Rental requirements
We ask that you treat our space as you would your own. Brand new paint job, decor and furnished. We require a small deposit to reserve the space . You are responsible for any damages incurred to the space.
Pets Policy
We allow pets as long as they aren't destructive to the space. We charge an extra 60.00 per cleaning fee for the space to ensure it's clean for the next guest.
