I have a two bedroom / 1 bath apartment in Chinatown, fully furnished (beds, new couch, tv, kitchen appliances, etc) available for a sublet the month of August.
Central air/heat, so you will not have to deal with any window units or radiators. This is a sixth floor walkup, laundry is not in the building. However, the apartment itself is recently renovated.
I am moving out of the country and therefore will need to also sell all the furniture to whoever takes the lease (prices negotiable for the furniture of course). If there is interest in then renewing the lease for the next year, we can also arrange.
I'm a working professional who has lived in the city for the last five years and this apartment with for the last six months. My roommate is moving out of the city in July to attend graduate school, and I am moving in August to take a job offer in Germany, leaving both rooms free.
I will be showing the space, as I currently live in it.
The landlord is responsive and helpful, as is the super who attends the building. There are only eight units total in the building; neighbors keep to themselves and are quiet.
Current tenant
$3200 a month (this includes both bedrooms) plus purchase of furniture
