Come sublease my cozy downstairs bedroom for the months of July and August (possible extension into the fall). It is a large 4 bedroom house (1 bedroom downstairs and 3 upstairs), with a front yard, backyard, and roof top. Right on the Ballona Creek Bike path, 10 min drive to Venice beach neighborhood, great roommates (all women)! Large, shared spaces - clean and super chill. The room can come furnished or unfurnished.. large closet space and dresser if needed.

I'm going to be traveling quite a bit over the summer, so I’m looking for someone to sublet my room and take good care of the space while I’m gone. I work in creative advertising; one of my roommates is getting their PhD at UCLA, and the other works at Red Bull. One roommate is moving to the Bay, so we’ll likely have a new fourth roommate soon as well.

Most of us are out of the house 3–4 days a week for work, so the space stays quiet during the day. Things we love: surfing, watching movies, cooking, outdoor activities, art, a clean house, good communication, and maintaining a solid vibe at home. We’re all pretty chill and get along well, and we want to keep that energy going. The house is spacious, so it never feels crowded — there's always room to hang out or take quiet time for yourself.
