We have 1 studio/office available for rent starting July on the second floor for $975 ALL IN.

1 VERY BRIGHT, quiet studio that is a fully private studio with a large window!

Looking for quiet office folks, painters, graphic designer type of work to be part of this intimate space. I am looking for one person only per studio not groups of folks to share. Each studio has access to kitchen, bath and slop sink inside the space. Please read everything through before sending emails/texts.

Studio is approx 190 square feet with small storage closet, large window, and storage outside the space. Painted grey with Combination of brick walls and drywall.

There are two studios in this loft space which is located on the second floor of the building. You would have your own shared bathroom, super vibey common kitchen and slop sink in the bathroom.

It's a quaint and cozy old Brooklyn feel. Quirks exists, but it is hyper functional. If you are not okay with walking from a subway then this might not be the best fit. Check address location before inquiring. North Oxford Street between Flushing & Park.

All in All We are a creative community here in the Wallabout / Navy Yard / Fort Greene area. this building hosts a bunch of different artists on all floors. We have curated a fabulous group of makers and artists of all sorts... from fashion to architecture, film making to jewelry and painting.... we have a bit of it all. Located down the street from Steiner Studios, Flushing Food Courts, Wegmans across the street, 15 minutes to BAM and New Lab is across the street. Kinda close to it all. it all Multiple sizes of art studios & office spaces geared towards smaller companies, fashion, start-ups, photographers, filmmakers, illustrators, editors, painters, photographers, sculptors, hat makers, jewelry, writers, and more! Our communal kitchen, conference and rooftop are great areas for networking or taking a moment or catching up on insta!

Centrally located; these studios are walking distance to Dumbo (12 mins), Pratt (12mins), Wburg (10min via car).

I'm the manager, an artist and also have a studio here.

I am helping to facilitate a project here in the Wallabout which is in midst of a creative boom. My plan is to help curate a smaller mix of entreprenuers/artists who are respectful, considerate, kind, passionate about their work and about sharing the space.
