One sunny and one cozy room available in 6 bedroom apartment

We have two rooms open in our 2-story 6 bedroom apartment in Bushwick.

The apartment is in a cool neighborhood chock full of bars, restaurants, grocery stores, concert venues, and murals.

Jefferson Ave L is 1 block away and M is a 15 min walk

Apartment has: 2 bathrooms, 2 fridges, free in-unit washer/dryer and a backyard with fire pit. Landlord pays for a maid to clean the common spaces monthly. Electricity is also paid for and each room comes with an AC installed in the summer.

The basement room is in the back of the house and is very quiet.

+Rent is $1100/month + utilities (generally $50 - $80/ month)
+Looking for someone long-term (at least 9 months).
+Cozy room comes furnished with a dresser.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone 20’s-early 30’s who’s looking for a chill living situation. People who’ve lived with roommates before and have lived in NYC for a few years would be best. We’re all calm, clean adults and are looking for a respectful roommate to fill a room in a great apartment. Apartment is usually pretty quiet, but we'll throw a party every once in a while.
