A room will be available in our wonderful apartment in Carroll Gardens. We live on the first floor of a well-kept building on a tree-lined street. You'll have very close proximity to the subway, cute bars, and restaurants. One block from a laundromat, one block from pharmacy, with many grocery stores nearby. We have lots of plants and a record player, and share a friendly roommate atmosphere.

The room is available June 1-16 with very little flexibility on dates. $775 for this time period. Gorgeous room with full size mattress, storage, windows, and bookshelf.
