I have a precious, quiet studio apartment on the border of Fort Greene and Clinton Hill available from June 22nd through July 6th (dates are semi-flex). It's in an old but well-kept building with an elevator on a tree-lined block. It's a 10-min walk to Fort Greene Park and a 20ish min walk to Prospect Park. The apartment has a queen size Casper mattress, dishwasher, hardwood floors, WiFi, Apple TV with Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Peacock, Paramount +, and Apple TV+. There are pay to use laundry machines in the basement. The apartment is filled with plants which I ask you water while I'm away (the only, but important, ask I have of you). The apartment is 1.5 blocks to the C train at Clinton Washington and 2.5 blocks to the G train at Clinton Washington. A 15 min walk to Barclays will take you to nearly every other train. Target, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, etc are all accessible. The total cost of the sublet includes all utilities.

Anyone who wants the apartment for the entire length of 2 weeks will be preferred over those who want it for less of a length. Happy to find an appropriate prorated rate for a shorter length of time.
