A 200 sq ft insulated recording studio in a Williamsburg factory building at the corner of Leonard and Richardson st, just south of McCarren Park. A peaceful space with fully insulated recording booth and raised insulated floors, where you can find inspiration to create among a floor of other artists and creative professionals.

A brand new freight elevator provides street and direct floor access secured with a key fob. A lobby to receive packages also secured with fob and keypad is located on the ground floor.

The studio is well situated and available to be used by a single person or as a shared space.

The studio can be used for audio production, per its design. However, to respect the other floor members, drum tracking, amp use, or any other excessive volume is only permitted from 8 pm to 6 am.

-2 Bathrooms and 2 large sinks are available on the floor.
-Heat and electric is included.
-There is a working AC unit in the studio left by the previous -tenant.
-Wifi on the floor is per studio.
