Building has an app where you can request maintenance, pay rent, reserve amenities, and receive package/ dry cleaning notifications.

1 block from McCarren Park including the farmers market on Saturday mornings.
Equidistant (4 minute walk) to Bedford stop (L train) and Metropolitan stop (L and G trains)

This Lease assignment has been approved by management and you will have the opportunity to renew after the lease expiration date. Utilities are added to your rent payment each month via a meter on the building app.

As this is a lease takeover the apartment will be delivered in its current condition (no painting etc from management), however will work with you on cleaning/ patching up drilled holes.
