1 room + shared office with me! (MK), a woman in creative tech in crown heights between Nostrand Ave and Franklin Ave. 1800$/month + utilities. Apartment is newly renovated, clean, with modern amenities (dishwasher, central heating/AC in every room, intercom). It is a third floor walk up. Keycode lock on apartment building. Packages are delivered inside building. I have never had an issue with packages being taken. The room is approximately 8.5' x 11'. The apartment is on the smaller side but optimally laid out and designed with big modern windows in every room. Your room has a great window with a fire escape the opens into a backyard with views of so many trees! -- Makes you feel like you are not living in a city. Our rooms are also on opposite sides of the apartment providing privacy. Your room doesn't have a built in closet but an alcove that can function as a closet if you put up shelving/ clothes rack.

We have an extra room which currently is set up like a office but I am open to other ideas for it/ using it as a multidisciplinary space. It is a beautiful room with lots of light. I usually work at the apartment a few days a week. I am out of the house quite a bit for work, socialization, and also often to stay at my partner's place. I am quiet, very clean and respectful of shared space -- and your space at the apartment. Occasionally I may have someone or a few people over for dinner or a drinks before going out, maybe once every month-two months. My partner stays over usually about once a week- two weeks. I am open to someone who wants to hang out or do their own thing!

Our apartment is in a very fun spot with a bunch of cafes, restaurants, and city things all a few minutes walk away. There is this new bar/cafe right across the street (The corner store) which is a great new co-working spot, and place for unique cocktails. I just had a szechuan flower ASMR cocktail there, so fire!
