Hello!! I am subleasing this magical, garden apartment in Fort Greene park from July 1-Nov 30. I am flexible on dates, but ideally looking for a person or persons who can rent it at least for 4 months.

This apartment is extremely special. It's in the heart of Fort Greene, one block from Fort Greene park, and close to all the best cafes, restaurants, and street - Dekalb! There is so much charm in the apartment and in the neighborhood. Right now it's furnished with some furniture, but I am not married to all the furniture so there is space to make it your own!!! I will be taking some of the decor and taking out some of the lounge furniture just to freshen it up, so there is opportunity to add decor or create a lounging space that is preferential for you. Otherwise, there are two beds, TV, dressers, full stocked kitchen, and more!! If you take the subway, its close to almost every train. 10-15 minute walk to C, G, D, F, M, 1, 2, 3, etc from Downtown Brooklyn or Clinton stops.

Also, there is an AMAZING garden that is kept by one of the neighbors in the beautiful. It blooms beautiful flowers in the summer and its so wonderful to sit out there and read. There is also access to the rooftop. Wonderful for garden dinners or parties.

I am seeking someone(s) who will love the space. It's such a special neighborhood and everything is friendly with each other. I would really love to find a tenant who wants to be a part of a wonderful neighborhood and take care of the place :).

This is a two bed / one bath. I lived there with my boyfriend, so its comfortable for two people for sure. You can also make the second bedroom into a comfortable office.

Utilities are included in the rental fee.
