Our beloved apartment is available for a one year sublet. It is a spacious 2bed 2bath apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the other a twin, but can also be used as a home office.
The building has a gym, terrace (on our floor!) outdoor space, and a playroom. Very child and pet friendly. The building has a doorman in the evenings and a super helpful maintenance team if anything needs fixing.
We are located right across from the A/B/C/D subway lines, a great bar, and a few parks nearby. It is walking distance to Columbia University and City College, and a ton of restaurants and coffee shops in the Harlem area.

We are a couple + toddler who have been living in the apartment for a few years. We are going away on a professional opportunity and hoping to have someone who can take care of and enjoy the great space and really friendly building.
