I'm subletting my fully furnished 2BR / 2BA loft in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn from June 15 – August 15.

It’s a bright, spacious 1000 sq ft apartment in a converted underwear factory—13 ft ceilings, huge windows, tons of light, and original industrial details. The building has a 24-hour doorman, gym, kids’ playroom, and shared courtyard, and it’s just minutes from the G and C trains, grocery stores, cafés, and parks.

Two full bathrooms, washer/dryer, dishwasher, central AC in every room, and a full kitchen stocked with everything you’d need to cook at home. The second bedroom is currently set up as an office, but I have a super comfy queen-size air mattress that fits easily if you'd prefer it as a second bedroom.

I’m a freelance designer (boffa.co) and run my studio from here—it’s a great setup for working from home, with fast and reliable FIOS wifi, a spacious dining table, and plenty of natural light.

I love my place and will definitely miss it while I’m away, so I’m looking for someone respectful and responsible to take good care of it.

I'm an Italian designer who has lived and worked in New York City for the past 9 years. I own the apartment (so I'll be the landlord you're dealing with) and work from home as a freelance designer.
