A bright and spacious open plan layout across the entire top of the house featuring beautiful hardwood floors, craftsman details, and MCM furniture.
The apartment layout includes two large living rooms, a dining room, one bedroom, a separate kitchen with internal washer/dryer, large bathroom, and a home office with a standing desk. Ceiling fans in both rooms and an AC system.
Located in the heart of Ridgewood’s thriving new village scene of cafes, restaurants, bars, music venues, vinyl stores, and design boutiques. My favorites include Rolo’s, Hellbender, il Gigante, Casette, Variety Coffee, Bakeri, and many more, which I can share with you upon arrival. The apartment is ideally located for subway access; Forest Ave M train is two blocks away and the Myrtle L is in close walking distance, from here to the Lower East Side is an easy 30-minute commute.
The apartment won’t be available for the whole two months listed, but I’m open to your requests for 1-2 weeks chunks of time, particularly 26th of May to the 10th-15th of June, and approximately July 6th to the 20th.
I’m a NY-based Coach, Writer, and Academic with a house full of books and vinyls. I love to get out of the city sporadically throughout the summer to hike and cycle.
The landlords are a lovely young family who live downstairs; they are friends of mine, and so we will be vetting sub-letters together. Generally, I ask for a government ID, 60% payment in advance, 40% upon check-in, and a $500 deposit to be returned within a week of vacating, pending no issues with the property.
