Our family home will be available for a short-term stay from July 12th to July 27th. This charming two-floor, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom fully furnished townhouse offers spacious living areas and a delightful backyard, complete with a hammock, outdoor seating, a trampoline, and a tiny treehouse—perfect for relaxing or playing.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Primary Bedroom – A bright and spacious retreat featuring a queen bed, a window-unit AC, and an ensuite bathroom with an extra-deep soaking tub (bath only). This large room also includes a cozy lounge area that serves as a reading nook.

Second Bedroom – A small NYC-style room with a twin bunk bed (top bunk only), ideal for a child. While it doesn’t have its own AC unit, it remains cool with open doors and airflow from other spaces.

Third Bedroom – A medium-sized, airy room with a double bed and a seating area with a mirror, which my daughter uses as a vanity. This room includes its own window-unit AC and comfortably sleeps two adults.

Bathrooms – There are two full bathrooms upstairs, including a hallway bathroom with a large open shower, plus a small half-bathroom downstairs between the kitchen and living room.

Living Spaces & Amenities

Living Room – Relax in a spacious area with two full-size couches. The downstairs window-unit AC effectively cools both the living room and eat-in kitchen.

Kitchen – Fully stocked with all essentials, minus a coffee maker—but we do have a French press for coffee lovers.

Private Patio & Breakfast Nook – Located right outside the kitchen, this cozy outdoor space is perfect for morning coffee or alfresco dining.

Backyard – Accessible via additional steps, the backyard is a wonderful outdoor retreat with ample seating, a hammock, and playful features like a trampoline and a tiny treehouse.

Household Details & Location
Our family of three (two kids included) keeps the home clean and organized, though you may find signs of real-life living—like toys, games, books, and the occasional crayon mark or paint splatter on the kitchen table. This is a home filled with love and warmth, not a showroom.

Additional Services & Booking Details
Weekly cleaning is available for an additional fee of $145.

Short Term Lease Required and $500 deposit.

A handyman and family members will be accessible if any assistance is needed.

Ideally, we’d love to book the full two-week stay for one family visiting New York.
