We’re looking for people to take over the lease for our 3-bedroom shotgun style apartment. It’s a third floor walk up - on the top floor, so no upstairs neighbors. Walking distance from Carmelo’s, Maria Hernandez, and countless other great grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and clubs. Amazing location and spacious living space with a skylight.

Two of the rooms are normal. The third one (up the stairs) has low ceilings (about 6 feet tall). It’s worked great for us as a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, but could also be an office or storage space. Has dishwasher.

Two blocks from the L, 10 minutes to the M. Lease ends August 1st and could be renewed.
