We are renting our 3 br, 2.5 bath home by the week or month in July and August. Please ask if you have specific dates.
Parlor floor and top floor well appointed family home. Primary bedroom with en suite bathroom and queen bed, One Bedroom has a bunk bed and a pull out queen couch, third bedroom has a twin bed. This is a family house with great light, and great character, and also some vintage quirks.
The house has a huge deck and a landscaped yard with a firepit and BBQ. Lots of houseplants inside.
There is a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, AC, Sonos sound system, wifi, a well appointed kitchen, hardwood floors throughout. We take good care of our house and we are looking for someone who will do the same. (We do not have a TV).
Perfect for a family (or even two families) visiting NY (pets will be considered on a case by case basis).
The neighborhood is extremely convenient to great restaurants, grocery stores, and the A/C train is one block away.
About This Lister
I am the owner of this home, and it is our family home. My mother-in-law lives in the garden apartment.

Please send a brief bio about yourself and who will be staying in the house so we can see if it's a good fit. We will need to meet up or zoom in advance. $1500 deposit and a short rental agreement. 1 week minimum. Weekly cleaning fee $200.
