It's a really beautiful apartment and we would normally rent for more, but this sublet includes a sweet CAT! Mac is a very cuddly and low maintenance cat. We are giving a substantial discount on our normal rent as a result. ($165/night which works out to $3400 for the three weeks.)

Our place is right across the street from McGolrick Park (pictured, so beautiful!), as well as tons of cute restaurants, coffeeshops, supermarkets and everything you’d need. 7 min walk to G train.

Quiet, small apartment building. Ground floor apartment with tons of natural light. Large 1-bedroom (1100 sq ft) with washer/dryer, separate office area, dining room and living room.

Very charming kitchen and old original floors plus picture frame molding. Nicely furnished w/king-sized bed, travertine dining table, sectional sofa, Sonos system, 55’ TV (logged into all the apps), fully stocked kitchen, houseplants. Great sized place for a couple.
