I (she/her) am an abstract painter working in acrylic. My former studio mates had the lease for 10+ years and are now moving and passing the lease to me. I have rented from them for the past 5 years. It's been a great space to rent. Clean, quiet, friendly neighbors. I teach during the school year so most often you will have the space to yourself.
