We are looking to rent out the property from May 30 to June 18 and June 25 to July 6.

Wooded Waters cottage and the surrounding ~10 acres of land is our beloved country retreat, and we welcome guests (human and canine!) who will cherish it as we do. Wooded Waters is not a hotel or dedicated rental. It is our weekend home, and we share it with guests when we are unable to use it.
The house is bright and spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate sun room, laundry room, and mudroom. Recently renovated, it is dog-friendly and perfect for up to 4 adults and 4 children, with 2 king-size bedrooms and a "children's room" with 2 sets of bunk beds. The yard and home interior space is also fully wheelchair accessible, with a ramp leading into a side door entrance.
We are located on the northwest corner of Sullivan County, adjacent to the New York-Pennsylvania border, near the towns of Jeffersonville, Narrowsburg, Livingston Manor, and Roscoe. The approximately 10 acres feature beautiful woods, trails, and a quarter mile frontage and private access along Callicoon Creek. The creek itself features small waterfalls, mini bluffs, and swimming holes.

I am a Brooklyn dad - father to 2 humans and 2 dogs. My familiy and I split our time between Brooklyn and Callicoon. When we cannot make it upstate (more often now that our teenage kids prefer to hang out in the city), we love to share our property with others.
