5 minute walk to F and G train Carroll Street stop. (Can also bike or walk to the 2,3,4,5,N & R stop at Boro Hall.)
Washing machine and drying racks in apartment—sorry no dryer at present.

You’ll need to pay for your entire length of stay (including utilities) up front plus a refundable $400 security deposit.
If you can provide a reference from a landlord that’s ideal. If not, a work reference from a supervisor who you have reported to is fine.
