Hello and thank you for reading! This is very last minute, but could work out beautifully if you’re looking for a lovely, centrally located apartment in the city and don’t mind looking after two kitties!

**This agreement involves caring for our two healthy indoor cats, Margarita and Diego, as well as watering our houseplants, and the nightly price reflects that.**

Our home is a spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable one-bedroom apartment located on the 14th floor of a well-run mid-size building in Midtown East. This is a very walkable neighborhood, with many tree-lined streets, and all of the conveniences you could think of at your fingertips.

Fully stocked kitchen.
AC in the bedroom and living room.
Parquet floors.
Amazing king size bed.
Tons of windows.
Blackout curtains in the bedroom.
Eclectic and comfortable furnishings.

Elevator building.
Laundry in the building.
Part-time doorman.
The building is on a side street, not an avenue.

We are seeking responsible cat lovers that will be good and considerate neighbors and keep our place and things in great shape while we are away.

About This Lister

We're a couple in midlife, an actress and a copywriter. We're going to New Hampshire for the weekend and because it’s going to be hot while we’re away, we highly prefer having a responsible person staying in our apartment instead of hiring a visiting service.

We are clean living and do our fair share of exercising, cooking, reading, theatre-going, art-appreciating, and absolutely love living in this part of the city.
