Hello! Our calm and light-filled 56m2 / 602sqft apartment in the 19th arrondissement is available between May 1st and August 31st 2025 — for minimum 1 week and a maximum of 4 week stays. Ideally 2-4 weeks. We split our time between Paris and the south of France and are flexible with dates. We've used the Listings Project since 2021 when we lived in Brooklyn and have always had great experiences.

The space:
• Our apartment (56m²) is in a recently renovated Parisian building and furnished with love.
• On the second to last floor (5th Floor with a small elevator), it's bright all day. North-West exposures give open uninterrupted views of the Halle Secretan, the sky, and the Sacre Coeur. We look out about 15x a day.
• It has one bedroom & another we’ve turned into an office. One bathroom and a toilet room.
• The office is sunny and just… the best. We have a large motorized desk which can be adjusted for stand up work, a great Dell screen you can hook up to, and two Herman Miller chairs to make for a really nice remote-work experience. The room is bright all day and gets nice plant shadows on the walls in the afternoon. The neighborhood is calm and you can even work with the windows open. The windows are double-pain glass for a silent atmosphere when needed.
• Full kitchen with a induction stove, spacious fridge, oven, dishwasher, pots & pans (no non-stick, Staub, etc), good knives, and tons of good spices because we love to cook.
• Plants on the balcony connected to the living room and office (which will require a little watering) including aromatic herbs you can use.

The Neighborhood:
• Walk to 4 different bakeries, 4 grocery stores, gym, bouldering gym, many bars and restaurants, within 5min 2 cinemas by the canal de l’ours 5min away, les Buttes Chaumont parc 7min away… the neighborhood is heavenly and with little to no tourists compared to the city center.
• The Jaures stop (Line 5, and 2) is 5mn away and the Bolivar stop (Line 7b) just 1 min away. There’s a large citibike parking on the other side of the Marche Secretan.

What’s Included:
• A 50” flat screen Samsung TV in the living room has Apple TV with HBO Max, Netflix, Criterion Collection, Apple TV+, etc. all available to watch. There are two HomePods mini (one in the living room and one in the office).
• Yoga mat & some light weights.
• Towels and linen sheets.
• A new LG washing machine is also available to use. There is also a self-use Laundromat at the ground level of the building.
• Lots of architecture, art, history, and literature books in French/English/Spanish.
• Utilities are included in the rent: High-speed internet, gas, electricity, water.

We lived in New York for a few years until moving to Paris—where I’m originally from— last year. One of us will give you the keys when you come to town!
