Welcome to my Creative Abode!

I am going out of town, and am inviting you to stay at my place.
The available dates are July 13th - August 31st .

WiFi and electric is included in the rent.

This tranquil space is great for solo adventurers and is located on a more quiet street in Washington Heights.

The fully furnished apartment is on the 3rd floor and has access to an elevator.
You get the full privacy of a studio apartment with a full sized bed, a working space with a strong wifi connection, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower/bathtub combo. The water pressure is nice and strong and the hot water is endless.
I provide fresh linens, towels, and a clothes rack.

A new AC unit and an overhead fan keeps the apartment cool both day and night. I do ask that you turn off both when out of the apartment, and that you keep all of the windows closed while using the AC.

Here, you have the convenience of two major subway lines. The 1 local train is located only a block away at 189th and Nicholas Ave. The A express train (25 min away from Columbus Circle) is a 10 minutes walk down on the 181st stop, with 3 convenient entrances.

There are free Parking spaces on the street, although it can be tricky to find a spot in the later part of the evening.

About the Neighborhood

I have lived in Washington Heights for the past 7 years, and am happy to report that this is truly a gem of a neighborhood.

Just down the hill on 187th and up the famous ‘Heights’ stairs you will find a small stretch of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores.
The Dutch Baby cafe provides the neighborhood with freshly baked goods and a delicious brunch.

Just down Fort Washington Ave. is an entrance to a quaint flower garden named Allison's Walk and a big grassy hill overlooking the Hudson River. Great for sunset views and a picnic.
About 10 minutes further is the Cloisters, leading through the many paths in Fort Tryon Park.

There are plenty of city bike stations dispersed throughout the neighborhood and my favorite is the bike path down on Riverside Parkway along the Hudson. About 30 minutes away from Central Park. Or ride all the way downtown into the bustling of the city. Takes about 50 minutes to ride to Chelsea Piers, and West Village.

Special Mention

My home is my sacred space, please treat it with love:)

Please clean up after yourself, no dirty dishes left in the sink. There is a trash disposal down in the basement, where you will also find the laundry room. (only accepts quarters, which you can exchange cash for at any bank)

The apartment is non smoking.

I ask that you please don't play loud music after 9pm.

No overnight guests.

I trust you will Enjoy your Stay!
