Furnished with care, the home features hardwood and vintage tile floors, soundproof windows, and a beautifully restored cast iron soaking tub. While there's no in-unit laundry, a convenient wash-and-fold service is located just downstairs. Utilities are billed monthly at cost.

The surrounding neighborhood is one of the most walkable and culturally rich in New York. You're steps from cafés, bookstores, and world-class dining, with easy access to SoHo, NoHo, and multiple subway lines.

About This Lister

I was born in Italy and have lived in this apartment with my family for over 30 years. I'm a longtime educator and chess teacher, and have taught at schools including Buckley, St. Bernard’s, Ethical Culture, and Village Community School. My wife and I raised our teenage son here, and the apartment has been a peaceful, grounding place for our family. We’re now spending extended time in Costa Rica and are looking for someone who will appreciate and care for the space as we have.
