- High ceilings and sunshine
- Washer and dryer and modern appliances
- Gym in the complex!
- Fast wifi
- Balcony with sunset views
- Organic, non-toxic cleaning products
- Work space in the bedroom & first floor

The second bedroom (the one for rent) has an organic Saatva mattress, great light and its own full bathroom.

I teach undergraduates, travel about 25% of the time, and work from home during the day when I’m here.

The monthly rent is $1850. Utilities are $100 + $75 for cleaning.

Alas, I love pets, but cannot have one in the apartment.

I rent this gorgeous apartment in Northeast Los Angeles in a quiet, respectable townhouse complex. I teach undergraduates and consult on the nexus of business and environmental issues and will be traveling this spring, but will be the primary contact for this apartment as far as showings, questions, etc.
