Looking to rent out the top floor of our three story fully furnished house for July and August, while we are working and living Upstate NY. We might spend some nights on the second floor during that period but the interaction would be minimal. Ideally, looking for someone who is interested in entire two-months period, but open to discuss shorter stays.

There are two bedrooms (one queen bed and two twin beds that can be joined into a king size bed), a bathroom, and a laundry room on the upper floor, and full access to well stocked kitchen, huge dining/living/working space and a green backyard on the parlor floor. Sheets and towels provided unless you prefer to bring your own.

It is a historic townhouse on a quiet tree-lined street in the heart of Prospect Heights and within a walking distance from Prospect Park, BAM, Barclays Center, Brooklyn Museum and Botanic Garden. 2, 3, Q, B trains are 5 minutes away. Birds in the morning, nice restaurants within 2-3 blocks, Foodtown grocery store a minute away, music venues and good neighbours.

It is our home so we are looking for people who will be respectful and take good care of our place.

Unfortunately the house is not accessible for people with mobility issues.
