About this Lister

I'm a native New Yorker living in Baltimore with my husband and cat. When I'm not working with clients, I'm crafting and teaching, advocating for foster youth, and volunteering as a board advisor and a mentor.

Background and Expertise

I, Christina, am the founder and principal of StellaFirma Strategies. I'm a problem solver and serial planner. I thrive on making connections, building relationships, and empowering others to blossom and accomplish their goals.

I am a business owner and have worked for organizations of varying sizes. With over a decade of service in the non-profit industry, I have led departments and teams, staff, volunteers, and contractors. I managed numerous projects and collaborated with staff at all organizational levels - from entry-level to senior leadership - successfully creating new programs and policies and streamlining existing ones, all while focusing on the people and the value they bring to the work.
