The wifi signal is strong, and past renters have worked remotely and taken zoom calls from the deck without disruption. Free washer/dryer in unit, and clothing rack with shelves for clothing storage.

I live in and own this cute little bungalow on a stair street in Silver Lake - views for days! It's a duplex, so this listing is for the downstairs unit, which has its own private deck and entrance. I'm nearby if you need a resource, but the space is completely private and I have gone weeks without seeing past renters because the spaces are so separate.

A quirk of the space that I value and find endearing is that it's on a stair street, meaning that there's plenty of parking down below, and you walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the house. The whole street is like this! It's peaceful and very separated from the street down below. Everyone on the street climbs the stairs to get home, and it's a magical and unique community of creatives and artists.

Ideal for a remote worker, traveler, or anyone wanting to experience the best of LA living in a peaceful, private space.
