A gem of a place in central Williamsburg, steps from Lorimer L train.

Our rear house is tucked behind a coffee shop and perennial flower garden. The garden unit is a basement but the bedroom gets drenched with morning sun (there are shades if you prefer to cave it) and there are windows from the main space onto a shade garden. The main space is large and comfortable and carefully curated.

There isn’t a full kitchen but a mini-fridge and a coffee making set up. Great work space, piano, tons of art and plants, books, and a projector with streaming services. It's our home and we've put a lot of love into it.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

So we live upstairs, and this unit with its own entrance and bathroom has been part of our house. We've rented it for more money as it's own apartment but are lowering the price to find someone who works outside the house who would be comfortable with the following arrangement: When you are home, the space is all yours. When you are at work we can use the work space / living space while the bathroom and bedroom would be totally private. This gives us more space to play with our toddler on rainy days or work from home.

Price is 100/night but cheaper for longer stays - and ideally we find someone who likes this arrangement for a longer stay.
Week is 600
Month is 2300.
