We're excited to be able to offer good spaces in a laid-back community and a great location for well under market value! 3 min walk from Court Square (E,M,7,G trains); 8 min walk from Queensboro Plz (N,W); 10 min from Queens Plz (R). 13 foot ceilings, indirect natural light. 24 hour access.
The following are included in the price: slop sink, bathroom, cleaning/maintenance fees, central air and heat, electric, insurance, trash, hi-speed WiFi; common fridge and microwave.
Studio 5: 216 sqft @ $700/month. This is a private studio with windows (highlighted in yellow on the floorplan). Dimensions: appx 13 x 17’ with 13' high ceilings. The studio is in a suite that's a 2nd floor walk-up, with elevator access during regular business hours (Mon-Thur 9-5; Fri 9-3).
About This Lister
We are currently 6 artists (3 female, 3 male) with varying backgrounds and at different points in our practice, many holding degrees in fine art. We are all actively producing and pursuing exhibitions. Laid back atmosphere. The suite is queer-friendly and otherwise open-minded.

Rental requirements
We expect community-mindedness in order to make this a good, creative environment for everyone. This includes being timely with rent every month. We will collect first month and one month's security to move in. The sublease agreement will be month-to-month and requires at least a month's notice before moving out as well as help finding a replacement. Other rules: no smoking indoors; minimal fumes and dust (i.e. good containment and/or ventilation); mindful sound practices.
