A extra large one bed railroad apartment on Lorimer Street with a home office -great light all day long.
Big kitchen, small bathroom. Nespresso machine and all the standard kitchen essentials. Office set up with monitor and printer. TV in the bedroom.
It’s a first floor walk up in the best neighbourhood of Williamsburg, close to Pete’s Candy Store, Lilia, McCarran Park, Bernie’s and countless great spots. There’s a coffee shop at the front door and super easy access to the L & G subway and buses at the front door.
I prefer guests to book in week long blocks, longer requests preferred. Short stays (less than a week) are $200 a night.

My name is Emilie. I’m a freelance Creative Director from Australia. I travel a lot for work and spend extended periods at my partners place. In the three years I’ve been in NYC I’ve had some great sublet experiences, love to pay the energy forward to the Listings Project community.
