Our home is a large light-filled 1 bed 1 bath apartment in the heart of trendy Columbia Heights, on the 5th floor of an elegant block with elevator. The apartment occupies the south-east corner of the building and enjoys commanding views over NW Washington, including the Washington Monument, Capitol and National Cathedral.
On entering the apartment there is a small lobby opening onto a living-dining space with separate kitchen area. A short corridor leads to the large bedroom with queen bed, plus a bathroom with shower in the tub. Hardwood floors throughout. The apartment is fully furnished with new high-quality items, with one dresser and about 3 feet of hanging space available for the renter’s use in one of the built-in cupboards. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment has central air.
The building has a lobby and entryphone, and packages can be left in the lobby.
The location is fantastic and very lively, with lots of great restaurants nearby and the Columbia Heights metro and its stores, restaurants and supermarkets just 5 minutes away by foot. Rock Creek Park is also walkable.

The apartment is owned by my partner, we live between Washington and New York during the year but we'll be away over the summer. so the apartment is available for someone else to enjoy!
