I will be subletting my apartment for the time I am traveling. It is a gorgeous light filled, spacious place with two bedrooms, a big kitchen and living room space, and modern bathroom, hard wood floors and beautiful interior. The apartment is big enough for three adults or a family of four.
It has a big TV in the living room, AC in living area and bedroom, and internet.

Train Station (Utica Avenue) 5 min away.

I would like to ask you to water my plants once a week and feed my hamster every other day.

The apartment is on a busy street - you will hear the Long Island Railroad go by but it’s not too frequently actually, and there is a bar downstairs in the building. Sometimes you’ll hear their music around 9pm-1am.

About This Lister

I am a mother of a seven year old daughter, preschool teacher and native German. I will be visiting my German relatives while you stay at my apartment. There is only one more unit in this house with one tenant that travels often.
