Inside the 900 sq ft apartment, you’ll find an open, plant-filled living space with calming energy and natural light. The bedroom features a comfortable queen mattress topped with a 3-inch Parachute down mattress topper — pure luxury. Motorized blackout shades ensure deep, uninterrupted rest.

The home is equipped with a dishwasher, smart coffee machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, and all utilities included (electric, water, internet). There are Alexa smart displays throughout — we’ll fully disconnect our account so you can connect yours or leave them unplugged. Washer and dryer are in the building’s basement.

Hi! We’re a couple — I’m an entrepreneur and my partner is a physician. We live in this space full-time and absolutely adore it. It’s not just an apartment to us — it’s our sanctuary, our home, and where we unwind from long days. We’ve poured a lot of love into making it calm, cozy, and beautiful.

We’ll be away from August 1st through September 21st, spending time abroad, and are looking for someone who will appreciate the space as much as we do. Our furry son Billy (a sweet cat) usually lives here too, so the space has that warm, lived-in charm. Of course, Billy won’t be present during your stay — but his spirit of chill will linger.

We’re very careful and intentional about who we open our home to, and want someone who’ll treat it with the same respect and care we do.
