This 6th floor (top floor) unit is furnished and clean, comes with a few plants, 2 AC units and laundry in the building. We enjoy beautiful open views and sunsets over green Ditmas Park and a relaxing and green backyard with BBQ (shared).

The neighborhood is friendly and walkable. C-Town supermarket is two blocks away; lots of restaurants (Milk and Honey, El Diablito Taqueria, Family Kitchen are our favorites), coffees, bars, pharmacies, delis, grocery stores etc. Post office is right around the corner.

Apartment is located 0.1 miles from the B/Q subway, off the Newkirk Plaza stop. Only 30 minutes train ride to Manhattan. Buses B8, B49, B103, BM1/2/3/4 are also nearby.

The building itself is a friendly and inclusive co-op and the neighborhood is very green and quiet, only a couple of stops away from Prospect Park.

Our apartment is accessible, using the back door with a small ramp and a reliable elevator, although carpets and small door steps might get in the way.

Amenities: queen sized bed, linens and towels, fully stocked kitchen, full sized refrigerator/stove. Gas, electricity and fios/Wifi internet included in the rent.
