Hello, I'm looking to rent out my painting studio for the summer/early fall. Ideally, from July to September/early October.

The space is located on the Kreuzberg streets, off Markthalle Neun. The space has a lovely courtyard/community area that you can enjoy with the many creatives in the building.

I'm quite flexible regarding prices and dates, so please make me an offer.

The space has paint on the walls and minimal furniture, but can be repainted as needed.
