Hello!

We are two artists working primarily in with fibers, painting, and natural dyes. We currently share a studio with a sink and small window, a comfortable and cute leather couch, two desks, shelving, mini-fridge, hot plate for dyes, wi-fi, an air purifier, and wall space. It is a very affordable space, and somewhat underutilized but active. The space is kept functional and organized. It could potentially be used for music production but cannot be loud. It is upstairs from a screenprinting studio, accessible by stairs only.

Utilities are included and there is shared parking in front.

This is a great space for smaller scale work, might be tight for sculpture work or large materially intensive practices.
