Hi good people!

If you are an artist or a creative in the Woodland Hills, Calabasas or Agoura Hills area- come join our growing community at this private loft.

The loft is nestled in Woodland Hills right of the 101 on Ventura and has guest parking available. It’s part of a luxury community, has great natural light, an outside patio and is facing the hillside. It’s private and quiet. You will have your own desk and chair. Wifi, coffee and tea is on us.

There is an elevator for easy access. The loft space is about 800 sqft. minimally furnished with loads of white walls and high ceilings. Its clean and organized with not much clutter. There are no pets, even though we love them.

If you are interested in co-working with award winning filmmakers and artists, tired of coffee shops or always working from home, this is for you. This is also great for international students, artists or creatives that are doing a residency etc.

Prices vary depending on usage. Our schedule is pretty flexible and open at the moment.

Originally a New Yorker, I moved to Los Angeles in 2018. I am an international filmmaker and artist. I just recently moved to the valley and enjoy the quiet and quaint. But I do miss my artistic and creative community around me. Hence, I am inviting others to join me in my loft!
